Shipping Information
At Upway Soldes Boutique, we specialize in high-quality cycling equipment and accessories for passionate cyclists. Our shipping options are designed to get your gear to you efficiently, whether you’re training for your next race or gearing up for mountain adventures.
Order Processing:
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
- Original proof of purchase or delivery note must be included
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks (Chaussettes)
- Inner tubes (Chambres Ă air)
- All helmets (Casque Bol, Casque IntĂ©gral, Casque vĂ©lo – VTT, Casques, Casques VTT BMX ROUTE) unless defective
Return Process:
- Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Order Number]
- Product details and reason for return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 48 business hours with return instructions
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, send the item to: Upway Soldes Boutique – Returns

- Processing: We’ll inspect your return and notify you via email within 5 business days of receipt
Refunds:
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Processing begins within 10 business days of approval, with posting time depending on your financial institution
- Amount: Only the item price will be refunded (original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please specify your desired replacement product in your return request. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a secure link to order the new item. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Defective Items or Our Errors:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange for replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
